Our 40-bed Timothy R. McCormick Transitional Care Center opened in April 2010. Named after retiring president and CEO of Unity Health System, the McCormick Transitional Care Center is also designed in the neighborhood model, so that our patients who need short-term care following hospitalization can recover before returning to their own homes.

Our patient directed philosophy of care is simple: we're focused on you. Our team will work with you and your hospital medical team to develop a plan of treatment based on your unique recovery needs.

All rooms in our newly built Transitional Care Center are private and have a view of the beautiful courtyard. Eash room also has a private bath and a flat screen T.V. Meals are served buffet style in the spacious dining room and smaller lounges are located throughout the building to provide comfortable spaces for conversation and relaxation. Computer and wireless internet access is available.
