With the summer sun burning up, I think we are all looking out the window, picturing the upcoming summer holiday. Among the most popular of destinations, Travel Talk’s Croatia sailing tours come at the top places.
During my 8 day sail Croatia tour, Sail Split to Dubrovnik (which you can get from great rates) I had a fantastic time, visiting a different island each day, relaxing on the sun deck with a beer in hand, jumping off the boat into the sea to cool off… All Croatia tours of TT make a stop at Dubrovnik, as you wouldn’t want to miss that! But here are a few things to enjoy once you are there:
As the summer heat approaches, hopefully soon enough, summer holiday is the first thing that comes to my mind. I have done several resort, lay on the same hotel beach on week straight-kind of holidays, and also sailing on a boat around, docking at different islands-kind of holidays. My personal choice lies with the traveling, sailing, experiencing new things each day.
I have had the chance to do the 12 day
Best of Turkey Tour by Travel Talk, discovering all the amazing sites and natural beauties Turkey has to offer, and was absolutely delighted. The Aegean coast has countless natural wonders, no less than Anatolia, and is a perfect area for travelers looking for relaxation as well as discovery and adventure. Here are a few sites in the South-West Turkey, a highly popular area during summer;
This year marks the 100th anniversary of the ANZAC landing at Gallipoli shores to fight in World War I. A special program was inbound for such an iconic day for all Aussie and Kiwis friends. Due to huge demand, only the ones lucky enough to get a ticket from the ballot could participate. If you were not one of those, do not worry still. Through my wonderful ANZAC experience with Travel Talk on 2014, I had the chance to discover the surroundings, monuments and museums, and most importantly pay my respects.
If you are among the many who were disappointed to miss the 100th anniversary, you still have a chance. There are centenary ANZAC tours for the commemoration the August Offensive on the 6th of August at Lone Pine, Gallipoli. Nonetheless, if you are unable to make it for August, 2016 ANZAC commemoration is also considered a very important date as the 101st anniversary of the landing, and 100th of the commemorative service. Besides the touching dawn service, Gallipoli has several significant sites, that make up the ANZAC route, you cannot miss.
You may have seen many wonders of the world, but seven wonders of Egypt should still blow your mind! Egypt has been a hot destination for travelers for decades. The mystic culture, ancient wonders and traditions crown Egypt with our unlimited attraction.
When booking your Egpyt tours, make sure you get to see every corner of every wonder of Egypt as they all provide remarkable and unique experiences. On my Egypt trip with Travel Talk, I also had the benefits of having a professional Egyptologist guide on our pack, Sam, who was wondrous himself! And now, seven wonders of Egypt:
Going to Greek islands, there is no way you will miss Mykonos and Santorini, and should you not! The Mediterranean atmosphere never leaves you alone, either when you are chilling by the sea side, partying by beach clubs or relaxing in the pool sipping a cocktail. Incredible food, breath-taking view and the perfect summer holiday! Here is how I made my Greece tour an ideal holiday.
Discovering Mykonos and Santorini
The Greek islands of Mykonos and Santorini has spread their fame to many corners of the world, and continue to receive more and more attention as years pass. On the Best of Greece tour by Travel Talk, I had crazy fun and precious memories in many islands, but these 2 stole the crown!
Among the unique cultural heritages in Europe is most certainly held by Russia. The huge country had plenty of different cultures under its roof and benefited from this in terms of enriching its cultural treasures.
You must have heard how incredible and amazing a Russia tour is from a friend already. But, I will get into more detail than that, thanks to my wonderful Highlights of Russia experience with Travel Talk. There is not enough time on the world to see every corner of Russia, but the essentials, Moscow and St. Petersburg, make up for most of it! Here are the best of my Russia trip:
One of the top unforgettable experiences for many travelers is spending a night in the desert and a crucial element making it unique, is the culture that lies underneath. Nomads of the desert are originally known as Bedouins, the origin of the word Bedu- referring to someone living out in the open. With millions of nomads living in the deserts in Morocco, Egypt, Jordan and more around North Africa, they have developed their unparalleled lifestyle. So, you may enjoy similar experiences in Egypt or Jordan tours as well.
Joining the Adventure Morocco tour by Travel Talk, I had the chance to spend two whole nights in a traditional Bedouin Camp in the Sahara Desert. I exhausted myself riding a camel through the desert and joined a jeep safari. Both attractions blowing my mind, I found myself at the camp lying under the stars with a grin on my face! Here are several aspects of their lifestyle that I discovered on Egypt and Morocco trips I did.
The Mediterranean hosts hundreds of mind-blowingly beautiful islands with many attractions. Some of the islands have gained an international reputation extending to all corners of the world, whereas some kept it more intimate, but no less better! When you sail the coast of Turkey and other Greek islands, you will agree, that it is not all about Santorini and Mykonos!
A rising star in North Africa, Morocco continues to amaze all travelers. After an Egypt tour, I couldn’t get enough of the heat, and found myself in Morocco after a few weeks’ time. The warm country influenced by many cultures offers a long coastline to the Atlantic ocean, an endless desert to roam and the High Atlas mountains as a marvelous backdrop. To top the geographical location, the mixed cultural heritage chases you wherever you go.
