Weather lowdown
Summer has arrived and you are rewarded with fine warm sunny days as the weather heads towards the hottest months of July and August. The average temperature has risen to a pleasant 23°C with the average high/low temperatures of a pleasant low of 18°C and a warm to hot high of 27°C. Sunny days are long and dry just the thing for swimming at the beaches and enjoying the many water sports on offer. You will need to pack sun-cream and stay hydrated when out in the sun.
Average rainfall has dropped to the annual driest point of just 15mm falling on a mere 3 days. The chance of a wet day has dropped to a low of 2% and it will be a few months before the rain comes back. The chance of a cloudy or overcast day is also a low of 6%.
Sunshine hours have also increased again this month to 13 hours each day. Before the end of summer they will reach up to 14 hours, perfect for swimming and exploring the island. The chance of a sunny day is a high 80% so the likelihood of a wet day this month is scarce. The chance of a windy day, though is at 60% due to the onshore Miltimi Wind.
In June the sea temperature is a getting to a pleasant 22°C before the high of 24°C next month. Swimming is a great option for the middle of the day when it is its hottest but the rest of the day is ideal for other water sports such as scuba diving and wind surfing.

The sea view rooms all have a balcony or terrace for relaxing on or you can choose a pool view room that can accommodate up to 3 adults or a small family. Pool view rooms are by the side of the pool and in a few steps you can be in the cool water. There are 2 restaurants here serving lunch and dinner as well snacks by the pool. Vasilikos Bar serves traditional Greek food and the Pasta and Pizza bar serves great Italian dishes.
